Seorang pensyarah di Kolej Safir yang bernama Dr. Izwan kelihatan sudah bersedia memulakan kelas falsafah beliau. Suasana di dewan kuliah sunyi sepi dan para pelajar nampaknya sudah bersedia mendengar syarahan daripada Dr. Izwan. Kelihatan di atas meja Dr. Izwan terdapat sebuah balang kaca yang besar dan secawan air kopi yang sungguh harum aromanya. Tanpa berkata apa-apa, Dr. Izwan meletakkan beberapa biji bola golf ke dalam balang kaca tersebut sehingga penuh.

Kemudian, Dr. Izwan bertanya, "Wahai para pelajarku, adakah balang kaca ini sudah penuh?". Para pelajarnya menjawab, "Ya, balang kaca itu sudah penuh". Kemudian, Dr Izwan memasukkan beberapa biji manik ke dalam balang tersebut dan menggoncangkannya. Manik-manik tersebut mengisi ruang-ruang kosong di celah-celah bola golf di dalam balang tersebut. Dr. Izwan bertanya lagi,"Wahai para pelajarku, adakah balang kaca ini sudah penuh?". "Ya", jawab para pelajarnya.

Kemudian, Dr. Izwan mengisi pula balang tersebut dengan pasir pula. Dengan mudah pasir-pasir tersebut mengisi ruang-ruang yang masih ada di dalam balang kaca tersebut. Dr. Izwan tanpa segan silu bertanya lagi, "Wahai para pelajarku, adakah balang kaca ini sudah penuh?". "Ya", jawab para pelajarnya yang nampaknya agak keliru dan terasa seperti diperbodohkan. Kemudian, dengan yakin Dr. Izwan mengisi balang kaca tersebut dengan air kopinya. Kedengaran suara seperti orang ketawa kecil.

Suasana di dalam dewan kuliah mula hingar-bingar seketika. Dr. Izwan sambil tersenyum sinis bertanya,"Adakah balang kaca ini sudah penuh?. Para pelajarnya menjawab, "Ya, sudah penuh". Seorang pelajar Dr. Izwan mengangkat tangan sambil bangun dan bertanya,"Kenapakah Dr. Izwan berbuat demikian?".

"Baiklah saya akan terangkan sebabnya. Balang kaca ini melambangkan kehidupan kita semua. Bola golf itu pula melambang perkara-perkara yang paling penting yang perlu diisi ke dalam kehidupan kamu seperti agama kamu, amal ibadah, pelajaran, ibubapa, keluarga dan sekiranya tiada perkara lain pun kehidupan kamu tetap juga penuh. Manik-manik kecil itu pula umpama perkara-perkara keperluan kamu seperti rumah, kereta, pangkat dan sebagainya. Begitu juga pasir tersebut melambangkan perkara-perkara kecil yang lain dalam kehidupan kamu", jawab Dr. Izwan dengan yakin dan gayanya yang tersendiri.

"Cuba kamu bayangkan jika balang kaca tersebut diisi bermula dengan pasir, sudah tentu ruang untuk bola golf dan manik amat terbatas. Begitulah juga kehidupan, jika kita hanya menghabiskan tenaga dan masa hanya kepada perkara kecil dan remeh pasti dan pasti kita tiada lagi ruang masa dan tenaga untuk perkara-perkara yang penting dan bermanfaat", Dr. Izwan menyambung.
Tiba-tiba seorang pelajarnya bertanya, "Habis, air kopi tu melambang apa pula?". Sambil tersenyum Dr. Izwan menjawab,
"Walau sesibuk mana pun kamu semua, ketahuilah bahawa kamu masih lagi punya waktu untuk minum secawan kopi bersama ibubapamu. Jika kamu berasa kehidupan ini terlalu banyak perkara yang perlu diuruskan sehingga anda merasakan masa selama 24 jam itu tidak cukup sebenarnya anda silap! Berfikirlah dengan akal berpandukan Iman di dalam hati dan tentukan yang mana satukah prioriti.

The heart is the body's engine room, responsible for pumping life-sustaining blood via a 60,000-mile-long (97,000-kilometer-long) network of vessels. The organ works ceaselessly, beating 100,000 times a day, 40 million times a year—in total clocking up three billion heartbeats over an average lifetime. It keeps the body freshly supplied with oxygen and nutrients, while clearing away harmful waste matter.

The fetal heart evolves through several different stages inside the womb, first resembling a fish's heart, then a frog's, which has two chambers, then a snake's, with three, before finally adopting the four-chambered structure of the human heart.

About the size of its owner's clenched fist, the organ sits in the middle of the chest, behind the breastbone and between the lungs, in a moistened chamber that is protected all round by the rib cage. It's made up of a special kind of muscle (cardiac muscle) that works involuntarily, so we don't have to think about it. The heart speeds up or slow downs automatically in response to nerve signals from the brain that tell it how much the body is being exerted. Normally the heart contracts and relaxes between 70 and 80 times per minute, each heartbeat filling the four chambers inside with a fresh round of blood.

These cavities form two separate pumps on each side of the heart, which are divided by a wall of muscle called the septum. The upper chamber on each side is called the atrium. This is connected via a sealing valve to the larger, more powerful lower chamber, or ventricle. The left ventricle pumps most forcefully, which is why a person's heartbeat is felt more on the left side of the chest.

When the heart contracts, the chambers become smaller, forcing blood first out of the atria into the ventricles, then from each ventricle into a large blood vessel connected to the top of the heart. These vessels are the two main arteries. One of them, the pulmonary artery, takes blood to the lungs to receive oxygen. The other, the aorta, transports freshly oxygenated blood to the rest of the body. The vessels that bring blood to the heart are the veins. The two main veins that connect to the heart are called the vena cava.

Since the heart lies at the center of the blood delivery system, it is also central to life. Blood both supplies oxygen from the lungs to the other organs and tissues and removes carbon dioxide to the lungs, where the gas is breathed out. Blood also distributes nourishment from the digestive system and hormones from glands. Likewise our immune system cells travel in the bloodstream, seeking out infection, and blood takes the body's waste products to the kidneys and liver to be sorted out and trashed.

Given the heart's many essential functions, it seems wise to take care of it. Yet heart disease has risen steadily over the last century, especially in industrialized countries, due largely to changes in diet and lifestyle. It has become the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States, claiming almost 700,000 lives a year, or 29 percent of the annual total. Worldwide, 7.2 million people die from heart disease every year.

Its been long since I'm do this written things...Yeah!
After the preparation program that I did in UPM,feel quite bored actually and having this opportunity I'd like to written down about something happen last week.Toghether with lohon we actually go to the scholl coz they have this event,in BM Hari Terbuka Asrama...Both of us go by train.Its all becoz lohon did not want to drive(p.s kedekut)Then meet someone in the train..Guess who?Acap(keng)..Hahaha...Well,maybe this word meaningful to the Ym click I think.But I hope Acap(keng) would not be angry to me...Huh?

Finally manage to get to SDAR.1st thing to find my batchmate...Rindu la...Hahahaha.I actually really miss the damn life in my school.Miss the SMOOTH field when training rugby.Miss the activity done during nightime~Yup.Could not regret it till now...Then,we(dah jumpa dah dak batch tyme ni)try the `rumah hantu'.This SO called rumah hantu did not frightening much actually.Hahahaha.Just for fun.The pioneer to create this things actually came from poyo idea.Since then,it became the trademark(I think la)..Well.....Hmmm...


Supprisingly,Bunkface also came to the school.(I could not possibly think what kind of word had been saying to my ex-principal as this kids manage to bring them).From the scene,I can clearly saw that the most EXCITED one is......Guess who???LOHON.Hahahahaha...(p.s siap bli baju tu beb)He also manage to capture some photo shots with them...

After all...Its really interesting to go back to my old school.Saw my ex-dorm...
Hahaha...Nothing change much~Clearly the head of dorm jolap duit...(I think la)Seeing all of this makes me want to turn the time all around again and stop the point back towards where the 1st step I'm makes into the school...


Hahahaha....After all life must go on.Toward the new step,I have to go to Egypt to continue my studies...Untill we meet again SDAR!
